Pioneer Investments ("Pioneer") takes the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. As part of our efforts to help safeguard your personal information, Pioneer reviews and assesses the effectiveness of privacy notices and procedures related to the Pioneer Funds and their investors.

Email Fraud and Privacy

Pioneer employs various forms of Internet security on our websites, such as data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, user names and passwords, to protect the privacy and security of your data.

Pioneer would not send you an email

Pioneer would not send you an email requesting personal information such as your Social Security number, investor account number(s), online account access or personal identification numbers ("PINs"), password, or any non-public personal information; or that solicits or requests that you fill out an email form.

Reporting suspicious account or email activity

If you suspect a fraudulent email or doubt the legitimacy of an email sent on behalf of Pioneer or the Pioneer Funds, or suspect that you are the target of an online email scam concerning Pioneer or the Pioneer Funds, then please call us at:

1-800-225-6292 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday

In the event you contact us to assist you in obtaining account access or to inquire about your account, you may be asked certain questions in an effort to authenticate your authority to act on your account(s).

Protecting Yourself

• To ensure privacy of your online accounts, you should never give your user name, PIN number or passwords to anyone for any reason or provide this information to a third party. This could put the confidentiality of your personal information at risk.
  
  
• Do not include non-public personal information, such as your account number, username or password, in any email you send to us.
  
  
• Install anti-virus, firewall and spyware software on your home computers. Keep your subscription current, to help make sure that any malicious activity is detected.
  
  
• Do not open emails from unknown sources or respond to email solicitations that ask for your personal information.
  
  
• Do not click on any links or fill out forms embedded directly in emails that request any personal or financial information.
  
  
• Avoid using public computers to access your financial accounts. Public computers may contain software that captures passwords and PIN numbers.
  
  
• Log onto your online account(s) on a regular basis. Report any suspicious transactions immediately.
  
  
• Log out completely. Always click the "log out" button to terminate access to your Pioneer accounts. Access may not be terminated if you close or minimize your web browser or type in a new web address when you are done accessing your online account(s).
