Pioneer makes a tax-free contribution each month toward associates' public transportation commuting expenses. Eligible associates can also have money deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for their monthly MBTA pass or to purchase additional commuter checks.
In an effort to encourage a healthy lifestyle, Pioneer will pay a portion of associates' health club fees.
Associate Resource Program
Pioneer's Associate Resource Program is a confidential service providing professional counseling and resource referral information for Life Event Management and Financial and Legal Services to our associates and their household members.
Group Auto and Homeowners Insurance
Auto, home and other personal property insurance is available to eligible associates at special group rates through a voluntary benefit program.
Associate Fund Purchase at NAV
Associates and their immediate family are eligible to make personal investments into Pioneer funds at net asset value (no sales charge) for life.
Pioneer provides its eligible associates with adoption benefits in the form of reimbursement of certain expenses relating to the adoption.
Referral Bonus Program
Associates are eligible to be paid a referral bonus when a candidate they have referred becomes a regular full-time or part-time associate at Pioneer.
