Pioneer's priority is children - in our families and in our communities. We are parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, and mentors to our children and we celebrate these roles. As one way to improve the quality of our children's lives, and to ensure that they all have the chance to grow up as happy, healthy and productive persons, we have developed a program called Pioneer Kids. Pioneer Kids is a program that encourages Pioneer's investment in and involvement with children. We give gifts to and hold events for children within our company family, and for those in social and charitable programs and others throughout our communities. Pioneer wants children to know that we care as we strive to enrich their lives. Working for them is our way of celebrating kids and the kid-spirit in us all.
