Pioneer Helping Others
In 2001, the Pioneer Helping Others Program was established to reinvent the culture toward volunteerism, mentoring and fundraising. Since then, Pioneer associates have raised millions of dollars for local, national and global nonprofits.
This program is primarily dedicated to supporting at-risk children and youth. The objective is to help to give them a chance in the world that they would otherwise not have. Pioneer's community outreach efforts were started by Susan Bullock, who passed away in 2009, and in whose memory Pioneer proudly continues its tradition of Helping Others.
As a part of a global organization, UniCredit Group (UCG), headquartered in Milan, Italy, we recognize our vital place in the international community. In 2001, we established an Onlus (the Italian word for charity), whose sole mission is financial support of the Italian-run Luisa Guidotti Hospital for children with AIDS in Mutoko, Zimbabwe, Africa. Today, we continue our support of the hospital through the Pioneer Investments Charitable Foundation, Inc.
